Trey Hanna III, DDS
Dr. Hanna grew up in St Bernard Parish, Louisiana. When Hurricane Katrina decimated south Louisiana in August of 2005, Dr. Hanna’s family evacuated to Ruston. What was a tragedy became a blessing in disguise as Dr. Hanna and immediate family decided to make Ruston their new home.
Dr. Hanna is a Ruston High School (2009) and Louisiana Tech (2013) graduate. He then graduated from LSU Dental School (2017) and the United States Army Advanced Education In General Dentistry (2018) in Fort Lewis, Washington. Dr. Hanna then served as Brigade Dental Officer for the 82nd Airborne Division’s 1st Brigade Combat Team in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Dr. Hanna’s five years in the Army included two deployments to the Middle-East, and four years on parachute jump status.
Dr. Hanna married his high school sweetheart, Ashley Archer Hanna in 2013. Together they have three daughters: Mara Elizabeth Hanna (2018), Lena Maren Hanna (2020), and Wren Elise Hanna (2022). Dr. Hanna’s hobbies include playing the drums, exercise, and cooking up southern Louisiana cuisine.
Dr. Hanna feels beyond blessed to have the opportunity to return to Ruston. He is passionate about comprehensive, minimally invasive dental care for patients of all ages. Dr. Hanna is ecstatic to serve Ruston and Lincoln Parish and raise his family in the community that took him in with open arms after Hurricane Katrina.
